MONDAINE - BAUHAUS DESIGN HERITAGE
DESCRIPTION
This project was developed as a design-heritage visual study for Mondaine, exploring the brand’s Bauhaus roots and the functional logic behind its most iconic design codes.
Starting from a research-led approach, I traced the historical context of Bauhaus principles and their influence on modern industrial design, then translated those references into a contemporary visual language. The work connects the Mondaine aesthetic to the broader story of where this design vocabulary appears globally and why it remains relevant today.
I originated the concept and led the full creative production, combining curated still-life photography with object-based compositions and a documentary-style video edit. The result is a cohesive content system designed to communicate design heritage with clarity, precision, and a distinctly Swiss sense of restraint.
